Lead, Risk, Finance and Capital Management

Bryan Joseph is an actuary and the contingent risk and capital management specialist at Resilience Capital Ventures where he supports the identification, analysis, financing and control of Environmental and Climate risks.

He is a subject matter expert focusing on the blending of risk and capital, and the design and development of financial structures to fund risks. Bryan focuses on the design, build, finance and operational phases of infrastructure projects by engineering solutions to protect investments being made.

Olumide Lala, provides leadership in the RCV climate finance practice. He is a Director and Co-founder of Climate Transition Limited, a bespoke consultancy that helps clients catalyze large investments in addressing global sustainability challenges and driving low carbon economies whilst aligning strategies and portfolios to the Paris Agreement.  Prior to joining Climate Transition Limited, he headed the Africa Markets Development Program at Climate Bonds Initiative, an international, investor-focused not-for-profit organization working solely on mobilizing the $100 trillion bond market for climate change solutions.
